About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its mission of protecting and advocating for the water resources of the Great Basin. This pivotal role involves providing strategic leadership, shaping advocacy strategies, and building coalitions to address the region's evolving water challenges. The successful candidate will work closely with the Board of Directors to ensure the organization's long-term sustainability and impact, and will be responsible for leading fundraising efforts, strengthening organizational capacity, and overseeing day-to-day operations. As the primary spokesperson, the Executive Director will represent the organization with a wide range of stakeholders, including donors, policymakers, and the media.
