Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Production Control Supervisor oversees production scheduling, workflow coordination, material planning, and production tracking within a process manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role supervises the production control team, coordinates quality activities, and drives process improvements to support efficient and reliable operations.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain production schedules.Coordinate workflows across production activities.Plan and monitor material requirements.Track production progress and status.Coordinate quality-related activities.Supervise the production control team.Identify and implement process improvements.Problem-Solving: Resolve unexpected issues, delays, or supply shortages quickly to minimize costly downtime.Documentation and Compliance Maintain accurate digital or physical records, processing paperwork, and enforce safety and quality control standardsAdaptability: Pivot quickly when schedules change or emergencies arise in a fast-paced environmentRequied Qualifications8+ years of experience in production control.Fabrication and or manufacturing experience is a mustExperience with sheet metalExperience with Lasers, Turrets, Press Brakes, Welding, Lathes, & MillsMust read blueprints, cad drawings, weld symbolsLean Manufacturing\nCompany DescriptionWell Established Manufacturing PlantCompany DescriptionWell Established Manufacturing Plant
