Your Role: Compassion in Action

As a CNA, you are the heart of our clinical team. You will provide essential care while building meaningful, empathetic relationships with our residents.

• Direct Resident Support: Assist with daily needs including bathing, grooming, eating, and mobility with a gentle and respectful touch.

• Attentive Monitoring: Carefully track vitals and behavior, acting as a compassionate advocate for resident health and safety when reporting to medical staff.

• Promoting Well-being: Support residents in exercise and social activities to ensure their holistic welfare.

• Safety & Compliance: Follow all infection control, safety protocols, and facility policies at all times.

 

Job Details

• Pay Range: $19.00 – $25.50 per hour (final compensation based on experience).

• Flexible Schedules: Full-time and Part-time roles available.

• Shifts: Day, Evening, and Night shifts (5x8 weekly schedule).

• Hours: 16 – 40 hours per week.

• Setting: Supportive Long-Term Care and Nursing Home environment.

• Extra Earning Potential: Bonus opportunities, overtime pay, and potential shift differentials.

• Compliance: Scheduling, overtime, and meal/rest periods are provided in accordance with Illinois labor laws.

What We’re Looking For

• Certification: Must possess a valid CNA Certification and be listed in good standing on the Illinois Health Care Worker Registry.

• Experience: 1 year of caregiving experience preferred.

• Skills: CPR Certification is a plus.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Reliability: Strong attendance and dependability are essential to ensure consistent resident care.

• Location: Ability to commute to or relocate to Jerseyville, IL.

Additional Requirements

• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and verification through the Illinois Health Care Worker Registry.
