Job Description
Learning how to explain benefits options clearly is a skill that develops with practice, and our training program is built to help you build that skill from the start.
\n \nAs a Benefits Enrollment Associate with our Oakbrook Terrace team, you will learn how to guide clients through available coverage options, answer questions with confidence and support them toward clear decisions. Your communication skills grow alongside your knowledge of the products and clients you serve.
\n \nAn independent opportunity with structured training and support as you build your career.
\n \nDay to day, you will schedule and confirm enrollment appointments, follow up with clients after consultations and coordinate next steps. You will work closely with team members, participate in ongoing coaching sessions and take on greater responsibility as your results develop.
\n \nNo degree is required. We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds who are ready to learn.
\n \nThis is a full-time, on-site position in Oakbrook Terrace, IL. Benefits include medical, dental and vision coverage.
\n \nIncome range: $90,000-$140,000. Earnings are performance-based and not guaranteed.
