The Dorne Region is hiring a Benefits Enrollment Associate in Chicago. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on guiding client conversations, supporting the enrollment process, and maintaining organized follow-through from the first question to the completed next step.

You will connect with individuals who need clear information, learn what they are looking for, coordinate the appropriate next step, and keep accurate records so nothing is missed between conversations.

Training and coaching are provided. A college degree and prior insurance experience are not required. Backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, retail, reception, recruiting, or other people-facing roles can offer strong transferable skills.
