Job Description

Helping a client understand their options clearly and guiding them to a confident next step is the core of this position. Every conversation you have moves someone closer to the coverage or service they need, and your ability to listen and respond thoughtfully is what makes that possible.

As a Customer Service Associate in Chicago, you will connect with clients to review their needs, answer questions about available plans, and schedule follow-up appointments with the right team members. You will keep detailed records of each interaction and ensure nothing falls through the cracks between initial contact and resolution.
