Sales Development Representative (B2B Sales)
Office Based - North Michigan Avenue, Chicago

At PHMG, we're building a high-performance team of Sales Development Representatives who are trained to succeed in a proven system - with clear progression and uncapped earning potential from day one.
The Pay:- Expected first-year earnings of $70,000 - $90,000
- Uncapped commission - top SDRs earn $145,000+
- Clear salary progression - $10,000 pay increases every two months when targets are hit
- High-performing reps regularly exceed six-figure earnings

- Outbound B2B calls to business leaders - generating new opportunities daily
- Qualify prospects and book high-value sales appointments
- Hit ambitious weekly and monthly targets in a performance-driven environment

Requirements
- Full-time availability (Monday–Friday) - no weekends!
- Eligible to work in the US
