Senior Administrative Professional

Position SummaryOdyssey has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Administrative Professional supporting the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center Stand-In Strike Division division (AFLCMC/EBI) at Eglin AFB, FL. This position is primarily responsible for drafting correspondence and assisting in the preparation of reports, papers, and briefings.ResponsibilitiesDuties may include, but are not limited to:Compose and edit emails, memos, and communications for leadership.Manage calendars, book appointments, and oversee conference room schedules.Coordinate meetings and conferences with internal and external staff.Collaborate with other groups to plan events supporting mission goals; seek additional information as needed.Answer calls, forward messages, handle inquiries, and direct visitors.Serve as travel clerk using Defense Travel System according to guidelines.Track, analyze, and distribute organizational action items, deadlines, and responses.Recommend improvements for administrative and office processes.Maintain and update program office files and records.Prepare agendas, reports, and briefings for staff meetings.Support organizational workflows.QualificationsMinimum Required QualificationsCitizenship: Must be a US CitizenClearance: Current Secret clearanceEducation and experience: Associate’s degree and 15 years of relevant experience; OR Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience; OR Master’s degree and 7 years of relevant experiencePreferred QualificationsAdministrative support experience in a government or other regulated office environmentAdditionally, the successful candidate will demonstrate the following:Technical Skills:Skilled in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Experienced with calendar and scheduling tools.Ability to organize meetings, including using videoconference platforms.Familiar with file management systems.Experience with travel planning, preferably with the Defense Travel System.Capable of monitoring deadlines and action items with project tracking tools.Interpersonal Skills:Clear written and verbal communication.Organizational and multitasking abilities.Collaborates well with teams.Professional and discreet with information and interactions.Attention to detail and accuracy.Flexible and adaptable to workflow changes.Strong customer service orientation.Additional InformationLocation: Eglin AFB, FLTravel: May be required up to 10% depending on program needsWork Environment: Onsite#LI-MB1Company OverviewOdyssey is a world-class technical, engineering, and integration company serving the warfighting ecosystem with airborne integration, ISR, C2, and warfighter readiness capabilities.
