AP Coordinator

LHH is partnering with an established company to hire an Accounts Payable Coordinator for a permanent, hourly position. This role focuses on researching invoice issues, verifying purchase order information, and communicating with vendors and internal teams to keep payments moving accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Review invoices against purchase orders and receiving documentation.
• Research and resolve discrepancies involving pricing, quantities, missing purchase orders, or receipts.
• Respond to vendor and internal inquiries regarding invoices and payment status.
• Coordinate with purchasing teams and PO owners to resolve exceptions and obtain required information.
• Use ERP and invoice workflow systems to investigate issues and route invoices appropriately.
• Support supplier account reconciliations, vendor maintenance, and expense reimbursement activities.

Qualifications:

• Accounts payable experience in a purchase order-driven environment.
• Working knowledge of three-way matching and invoice discrepancy resolution.
• Experience using ERP systems and researching invoice or payment activity.
• Strong vendor communication, customer service, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment.
• A demonstrated record of sustained employment and interest in a long-term coordinator role.
• Purchasing or procurement coordination experience with direct exposure to invoice matching and vendor issue resolution is also welcomed.

Pay Details: $27.00 to $31.25 per hour
