About the Role

We are seeking an experienced LIMS Administrator / NGS Systems Lead to own Sapio LIMS administration, workflow design, configuration, implementation, and optimization within an NGS-focused laboratory environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and optimize Sapio LIMS.
• Design and implement laboratory workflows and sample tracking processes.
• Gather requirements and translate laboratory needs into LIMS solutions.
• Support NGS workflows and laboratory operations.
• Manage user permissions, troubleshooting, system enhancements, and documentation.
• Develop SOPs and training materials and support continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• 6 10 years of LIMS, laboratory informatics, or laboratory operations experience.
• Hands-on Sapio LIMS administration and configuration experience.
• Strong NGS workflow and laboratory operations knowledge.
• Previous in-lab/bench laboratory experience required.
• Experience building and optimizing LIMS workflows.
• Ability to work independently with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, diagnostics, or life sciences environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• LIMS implementation or major system enhancement experience.
• Knowledge of laboratory data management, sample tracking, and system integrations.
• Experience in fast-paced laboratory environments.
