Associate Brand Protection Analyst

Fluently speaking French, the full-time Associate Brand Protection Analyst will support customers in enforcing brand rights and recovering domain names through cease and desist letters and domain disputes while working in a hybrid environment. Key responsibilities Provide strategic advice to customers for comprehensive brand protection strategies Conduct background investigations and analyze websites to identify trademark infringement Manage enforcement cases and coordinate with internal teams for domain name transfers Required qualifications Fluency in French is required Paralegal certificate or relevant experience in Intellectual Property Law preferred Experience in a technical or data analysis role is beneficial Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and Word Previous experience in a technology-driven environment is a plus
