Senior Technical Advisor

Technical Roadmap Developer

Will work to develop a technical roadmap to build and deploy web applications. Support the roadmap to develop lightweight applications on multiple domains and efficiently/securely deploy these applications via CI/CD pipeline so that end users can provide immediate feedback. Skills/Deliverable: Tech (Cloud/ DEVSECOPS) Roadmap, followed by step-by-step support to enable these actions. The STA will develop a technical roadmap to migrate Cyber Forensics Data: Provide the plan and roadmap with critical milestones; work side-by-side with customer to move migration effort forward and safely deploy these workloads to the cloud. The STA will manage taskings on both the classified and unclassified networks at the direction of the government. To fully support this effort, the STA will be responsible for undertaking ad-hoc tasks from leadership which maybe temporary or ongoing.

Required Clearance and Certifications

• Active TS/SCI
• Meet the DoD requirements for a privileged user on a TS/SCI information system prior to starting work
• DoD 8140 / 8570.01-m requirements – IAT II/III or IAM II/III

Required Education

• MS / PhD in a discipline covered under Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with 10 years' experience as a scientist / engineer and 5 years' experience as a technical lead on enterprise-scale IT systems OR
• BS in a discipline covered under Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with 15 years' experience as a scientist / engineer and 5 years' experience as a technical lead on enterprise-scale IT systems

Desired Experience

• TS/SCI enterprise solution architecture experience which includes on-premise (data center) and cloud
• TS/SCI assessment and accreditation of enterprise IT systems in support of global military operations
• TS/SCI operational data science experience where operational means taking a data science project from operational requirement to successful fielding with an authority to operate
• 2.2 Certifications: Commercial cloud solutions architect
