Senior Agency Asset Coordinator

About the Role:

As a CBRE Agency Asset Sr. Coordinator, you will assist the team with regulating functions related to loans and portfolios.

This job is part of the Property Management job function. They are the point of contact for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as a 'go-to' contact for departmental support.

• Monitor loans, and perform quarterly financial statement 3rd party inspection reviews. Present recommendations on observations to management.

• Track major loan events to evaluate potential impacts on performance.

• Work with loan servicing companies to meet client needs and requests.

• Provide customer service support to assigned loan producers and clients.

• Assist with escalated customer service issues, requests, etc.

• Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval.

• Evaluate and select solutions from established options.

• Impact the team through the quality of the services or information provided.

• Follow standardized procedures and practices and receive regular but moderate supervision and guidance.

What You’ll Need:

• High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience.

• An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required.

• Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval.

• Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner.
