Surgical Technologist | San Luis Obispo, CA

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and sterile fields for surgical procedures

• Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments, supplies, and medications

• Maintain sterile technique and ensure operating room safety standards are followed

• Perform instrument, sponge, and needle counts with the RN team

• Support surgical operations through equipment setup, patient transport, and supply management

What You’ll Bring:

• OR experience or completion of a Scrub Tech program required

• BLS certification required

• Surgical Technician certification preferred

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment

• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to patient safety
