Multi-Clinic Leadership Role for Experienced Chiropractors

We are hiring a seasoned Chiropractor Manager to support and oversee multiple Denver metro clinics. This role is designed for experienced providers who are confident in both patient care and team leadership.

You will serve as a clinical and operational resource, ensuring consistent standards, efficient workflows, and strong provider performance.

This position offers the opportunity to shape clinic culture, mentor providers, and influence measurable outcomes. You will work within an organized leadership structure while maintaining hands-on clinical involvement.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care as needed
• Support chiropractors in maintaining best practices
• Monitor clinic metrics and operational performance
• Partner with ownership to drive growth initiatives
• Lead performance conversations and coaching sessions
• Ensure documentation compliance and workflow consistency

Compensation & Benefits

Qualifications

Doctor of Chiropractic Active Colorado chiropractic license NBCE Parts IIV completed Malpractice eligibility Ability to travel between clinic locations
