Seeking: Warehouse Associate

Location: Midland, TX 79703.

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour (Up to $20.00 per hour based on qualifications) | Weekly Pay.

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.

Future Schedule: Position will transition to 2nd Shift upon permanent hire.

Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire.

What You'll Do:

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Receive, stock, and organize incoming materials.
• Operate a forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain inventory organization and warehouse cleanliness.
• Assist with general warehouse and yard housekeeping.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse standards.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of warehouse experience required.
• 2+ years of forklift operating experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Dress Code:

• Business casual.
• Shorts are permitted.
• Steel-toe boots or shoes required.
• Must maintain a professional appearance, as customers may enter the warehouse.
