Supervise and manage a small team of press operators. Adhere to quality processes including in-process inspections to ensure compliance with quality specifications. Correctly interpret work orders and verify documentation. Work in a team environment, i.e. follow instructions. Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and orderly condition. Perform visual inspection to verify no defects or damage. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested by supervisor or manager. Read, follow, and interpret planning and work order instructions. Verify part quantity and perform visual inspection for defects or damage. Maintain punctuality. Perform basic shop math (fractions, decimals). Navigate intranet to locate process documents; basic computer skills. Education High School Diploma or GED equivalent Qualifications Experience running Extrusion Presses. Experience in the Metal Extrusion industry. Ability to read orders. Experience in manufacturing. The pay for this position is $27.77 - $28.74. Base salary will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience.
