On Olsson’s Substation & Power Generation team, you’ll help design systems that safely and reliably deliver power to communities. Our work strengthens mission critical infrastructure and supports a more sustainable energy future through renewable energy innovation. As an Associate Engineer, you’ll support substation design projects, working with experienced engineers to develop your technical skills and contribute to high‑quality project deliverables. What You’ll Do Assist with design, modeling, and analysis of substation projectsSupport senior engineers with drawings, calculations, and studiesCollaborate with multidisciplinary teamsParticipate in site visits and construction supportPrepare technical reports and project documentationGrow through hands‑on learning, mentorship, and training QualificationsYou are passionate about:Working collaboratively with others.Having ownership in the work you do.Using your talents to positively affect communities.You bring to the team:Strong communication skillsAbility to contribute and work well with a teamExcellent interpersonal and problem-solving skillsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering disciplineMinimum of one year of engineering experience Engineer Intern (EI) certification, preferred.
