In this role, you'll work with a team of experienced engineers to deliver projects, solve complex challenges, and take onincreasing responsibility in engineering analysis, design, and project coordination. As a continuing developmental Engineer-in-Training (EIT), you'll apply established engineering principles, contribute to practical design solutions, and continue building the technical and professional skills needed for long-term careergrowth.Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Design Solutions by developing calculations, models, and construction documents to deliver safe, practical industrial facilities.Deliver Projects by supporting design, coordination, and project documentation for successful project outcomes.Solve Challenges by applying engineering principles and collaborating with experienced engineers to develop effective solutions.Collaborate Across Teams with engineers, designers, clients, and contractors to advance project goals.Grow Your Expertise through hands-on experience with structural analysis, design software, and real-world projects.Support Quality Delivery by preparing calculations, reports, and documentation that meet project requirements.Develop Others by mentoring interns and sharing technical knowledge.Gain Field Experience through site visits that verify conditions and support design and construction activities.QualificationsYou are passionate about: Collaborating with coworkers to develop custom, impactful solutions for clients.Playing an active role in project success – from understanding scope, contributing to designs, and creation of project documents.Continuously learning and developing new skills to grow as an engineer.Supporting the industries that keep our communities strong.Working in a fast-paced environment where each day brings new challenges and opportunities.Advancing team goals through a willingness to take on new challenges.You bring to the team: Strong communication skills. Ability to contribute and work well with a team. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering with a Structural emphasis.A minimum of one year of engineering experience. Must possess an Engineer Intern (EI) certificate.
