Receiving Associate

White Cap is hiring immediately for a Receiving Associate . We want you to help build America by supporting large construction projects across North America. This role involves handling incoming shipments, managing inventory, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams. Pack, unpack, and mark stock items accurately. Identify incorrect or short shipped items and notify supervisor. Communicate with shipping vendors to resolve delivery issues. Deliver products, supplies, and equipment to designated areas. Work closely with purchasing to track shortages for late/slow deliveries. File purchase orders correctly based on company policy. Perform other duties as assigned. Typically 0 to 2 years of experience required. Preferred Qualifications Experience operating a forklift. Experience with small package and LTL shipping. Attention to detail. Experience with sales order computer software, preferably Oracle. Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
