Fastemps is searching for a Bilingual Branch Manager for our Los Angeles branch. This is a terrific opportunity to be part of an established branch, while being supported by a growing national staffing agency. Strong opportunity to grow your career.

This job will entail:

• Hiring, training and managing recruiters.
• Recruit for skilled and hospitality positions.
• Create a process and strategies for recruiting in the area to meet the clients demand
• Partner closely with Sales to target new clients and ensure top notch service
• Address and resolve customer service issues
• Maintain constant contact with clients through check in calls and meetings.
• Prospect and obtain new clients
• Some travel through out the area to job fairs, clients, onsite locations, etc.

 

Qualifications:

• 1 years minimum of management experience in the Staffing Industry
• Ability to manage a team, a passion for winning and the desire to grow your career, while growing the company.
• Bi-lingual Spanish

 

Base pay is DOE, with a bonus plan.
