Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Life Insurance Agent role based in Southfield, MI. The Life Insurance Agent will meet with individuals and families and solicit virtually to assess their financial needs, explain life insurance and annuity options, and recommend suitable coverage. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, following up on leads, conducting needs analyses, and presenting tailored insurance solutions. The role also involves preparing and submitting applications, maintaining accurate client records, and providing ongoing support and policy reviews. The Life Insurance Agent will collaborate with the team, participate in training and mentorship sessions, and stay current on product offerings, compliance requirements, and industry best practices. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage, with the ability to prospect, build relationships, and close business responsibly. Knowledge of Insurance and basic Finance concepts to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate life insurance and annuity products. Strong Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and a client-centered approach. State life insurance license (or willingness and ability to obtain one within a defined timeframe). Comfort using CRM systems and basic productivity tools to manage leads, appointments, and follow-ups. Self-motivated, goal-oriented work style with the ability to manage time effectively in an on-site environment.
