Compensation Overview

Independent contractor (1099) position

Earnings are based on issued and paid policies

Most agents earn approximately $150–$300 per policy, depending on product type

Commission structure is tied to monthly premium and product category

Weekly payments following receipt of funds from the carrier

This is a commission-based role. Earnings will vary based on activity level, experience, and performance. There is no base salary or guaranteed income.

Qualifications

Active Life Insurance License

Multi-state licensing required (agents licensed in approximately 25+ states are strongly preferred)
