Sports Nutrition Student Worker

Sports Nutrition Student Worker Position Summary: Assist Sports Nutritionists with providing nutrition services for UGA Olympic Sports. This includes food service and management, education, and outreach in compliance with NCAA and UGA regulations. Responsibilities Deliver, stock, and maintain fueling stations in sport locker rooms, weight rooms, and nutrition offices. Help pack competition and travel snacks for teams in season. Assist with general office organization and operations as needed. Assist in receiving large food and supplement deliveries and stocking storage rooms. Manage storage room inventory for refrigerated and dry food products. Develop educational outreach for bulletin boards and departmental social media. Collaborate with Sports Nutritionists and interns to create educational material for specific sports teams. Create social media posts and outreach with Sports Nutritionists and interns. Help with food demonstrations, food challenges, and other snack demos. Engage with student-athletes to promote nutrition themes and messages. Assist in departmental projects and tasks as needed. Perform other day‑to‑day tasks and projects as they arise. Qualifications Student Assistant, FLSA Non‑Exempt, FTE 0.375.
