This position is ideal for a student who is passionate about supporting their peers and contributing to a positive campus environment. This position will primarily assist with administrative tasks and support staff members in the OSSW. Must be a current Lipscomb student. May be federal work study eligible. Key Responsibilities: Greet students as they enter the office, answering any questions and directing them to the appropriate area or resources. Assist OSSW staff with administrative tasks Help prepare materials and resources for workshops and events Assist with OSSW sponsored events Assist with the creation and distribution of promotional materials for office events and services Perform other duties as assigned by the office staff to support the mission of OSSW Requirements Currently enrolled as a full-time student at Lipscomb University Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Positive attitude and willingness to learn Knowledge of the resources and services available at Lipscomb.
