Our client is an early-stage AI company seeking a GTM hire to build a repeatable pipeline-generation engine. The company has established early traction through founder-led sales and is ready to test, refine, and scale its outbound strategy. This is not a closing role. The founder will continue closing deals while you own the top of the funnel and determine which lead-generation strategies work. Key Responsibilities: Build and manage outbound campaigns, from list building through messaging and iteration Conduct detailed account and prospect research to create personalized outreach Test unconventional lead-generation channels, including events, partnerships, and direct-mail campaigns Generate meetings through cold calling, email, and creative prospecting Own the GTM tools, systems, and data Track performance, eliminate ineffective strategies, and scale successful campaigns Requirements: Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline-generation experience Resourceful, and comfortable testing ideas quickly Able to operate as the first GTM hire without an existing playbook Comfortable working closely with a founder in an early-stage environment Experience selling into manufacturing is preferred Based in San Francisco and able to work on-site five days per week Opportunity to build the company’s GTM function from the ground up #J-18808-Ljbffr Kollective Group
