We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic and movement therapy team in Las Cruces, NM. This role offers a competitive salary of $85,000 per year and involves evaluating and treating patients with physical injuries and mobility challenges. The ideal candidate will have a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, hold a valid New Mexico PT license, and possess a commitment to evidence-based patient care to help improve patients’ quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' physical conditions, mobility, and injuries
- Review and interpret test and examination results
- Develop personalized treatment plans
- Use physical therapy techniques to reduce pain and improve mobility
- Communicate treatment plans and progress with patients
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate patient-care documentation
- Stay current with evidence-based physical therapy practices
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Current New Mexico or state Physical Therapist license
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
