Summary:
Seeking a compassionate and skilled ICU Registered Nurse to join a 32-bed Intensive Care Unit in Las Cruces, NM. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced critical care environment caring for patients with respiratory failure, cardio/pulmonary disease, sepsis, and diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA). Ideal candidates are team-oriented, detail-focused, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

Pay:
• $74,880 – $90,000 annually

Shift:
• Full-Time ICU Position
• 1:2 Nurse-to-Patient Ratio
• Dynamic Critical Care Environment

Requirements:
• Active New Mexico RN License required
• Associate Degree in Nursing required
• BLS Certification required
• ACLS & PALS required within 6 months of hire
• 1 year ICU experience or 1 year nursing experience Required
