Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU & Medical Surgical

Location: Las Cruces, NM

Schedule: Full-Time

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000

Relocation Assistance Available

Compensation: $74,880 - $100,000 Annually (based on experience)

We are seeking compassionate and skilled RNs for Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) opportunities within a modern acute care environment.

Available Opportunities

Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

• 32-bed ICU with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Care for patients with respiratory failure, sepsis, cardiac and pulmonary conditions, DKA, and other critical illnesses
• Perform comprehensive assessments and continuous patient monitoring
• Administer specialized treatments and interventions
• Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in a growing cardiac services program

Medical Surgical Unit (Med-Surg)

• 34-room Medical-Surgical unit
• Typical nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5 to 1:6
• Provide direct patient care, assessments, medication administration, and treatment coordination
• Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and support staff
• Promote patient comfort, safety, and recovery
• Deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced team environment

Qualifications

• Active New Mexico RN License
• Associate Degree in Nursing required
• BLS Certification required
• ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire
• TNCC required within six months of hire for Med-Surg candidates
• ICU experience preferred for ICU openings
• Med-Surg experience preferred for Med-Surg openings
• Candidates relocating must be available to start within 30-45 days

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Passion for patient-centered care
