Position: Registered Nurse (Medical-Surgical)
Location: Las Cruces, NM
Compensation
- Salary: $74,880 – $100,000 annually
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 (based on experience)
- Relocation Assistance: Partial
Requirements
- Active New Mexico RN License
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- BLS Certification (required at hire)
- ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required within 6 months of hire
- 1+ year Medical-Surgical experience or 1+ year nursing experience in any specialty
Unit Details
- 34-bed Medical-Surgical Unit
- Located on the 3rd Floor
- Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:5 to 1:6
Team Environment
Work alongside:
- Registered Nurses (RNs)
- Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
- Certified Medication Aides (CMAs)
- Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments
- Administer medications and treatments
- Develop and implement care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and outcomes
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and quality care
