Position: Registered Nurse (Medical-Surgical)

Location: Las Cruces, NM

Compensation

Salary: $74,880 – $100,000 annually
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 (based on experience)
Relocation Assistance: Partial

Requirements

Active New Mexico RN License
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
BLS Certification (required at hire)
ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required within 6 months of hire
1+ year Medical-Surgical experience or 1+ year nursing experience in any specialty

Unit Details

34-bed Medical-Surgical Unit
Located on the 3rd Floor
Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:5 to 1:6

Team Environment

Work alongside:

Registered Nurses (RNs)
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
Certified Medication Aides (CMAs)
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

Key Responsibilities

Perform patient assessments
Administer medications and treatments
Develop and implement care plans
Monitor patient conditions and outcomes
Ensure patient safety, comfort, and quality care
