Role Overview

• Work in a 34-bed Medical-Surgical unit (3rd floor)
• Typical nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:5 to 1:6
• Collaborate with:
• • RNs
  • LPNs
  • CMAs
  • CNAs
• Key responsibilities:
• • Patient assessment
  • Medication administration
  • Care planning
  • Ensuring patient comfort and safety

Compensation

• Salary: $74,880 – $100,000/year
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000
• Relocation: Partial assistance

Required Qualifications

• Active New Mexico RN License
• Associate’s degree in nursing (ADN)
• 1+ year Med-Surg experience OR 1+ year general nursing experience
