Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring an RN for a Medical Surgical opportunity in Las Cruces, New Mexico.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Provide patient care within a 34-room Medical Surgical unit located on the 3rd floor
- Assess patient needs and administer treatments
- Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, CMAs, and CNAs to provide patient care
- Promote patient comfort and safety
- Work within a collaborative team environment focused on quality patient care
UNIT INFORMATION
- 34-room Medical Surgical Unit
- Located on the 3rd floor
- 1:5 to 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio
- Team includes RNs, LPNs, CMAs, and CNAs
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Salary Range: $74,880 - $100,000
- $15,000 Sign-On Bonus
