Key Responsibilities of the RN – Med Surg

• Provide compassionate care to patients on a Med Surg unit
• Assess patient needs and develop care plans
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure effective patient outcomes
• Document patient progress and communicate changes to the team
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Requirements of the RN – Med Surg

• Current RN license in Massachusetts
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of Med Surg experience preferred
