Nashville Predators Ticket Sales & Service Internship Fall 2026

The Nashville Predators Ticket Sales & Service Department is seeking interns for the Fall 2026 semester. These interns will benefit from hands-on experience and real-time feedback related to aspects of the Nashville Predators season including, but not limited to, building ticket prospect lists, helping at Predators home games, concerts, and other events at Bridgestone Arena, fielding inbound emails to PredsWeb (questions and concerns from patrons), in-office selling and servicing of ticket plans, premium spaces, group tickets, and theme nights, as well as other projects related to the Ticket Sales & Service Team. It is critical that our interns possess honesty, integrity, character, openness to learning, a positive attitude, a potential for future leadership, passion for sports sales & service, are competitive, and above all else, a great teammate. We are looking for a very energetic and outgoing individual who has a positive, can-do attitude and has a strong desire to learn and be part of the Smashville culture. In addition to the duties and objectives listed below, students will receive the opportunity to gain exposure to different departments and entities within the Nashville Predators organization. The Nashville Predators intern program provides an educational, skill-building, hands-on experience for all participants, and a cornerstone of the program is the interns ability to earn college credit for participation in the program.

Candidates MUST be able to receive college credit for the completion of this internship. The Nashville Predators do not provide housing or transportation accommodations. Ticket Sales & Service Internship Minimum Requirements:

• Reliable transportation to and from Bridgestone Arena
• Strong computer skills, including programs such as Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Willingness to assist with the planning, organization, and execution of new sales and season ticket member events
• Ability to contribute to common goals of the Department and learn new skills
• Must work closely with the Ticket Sales & Service Department through answering phones, building leads/prospect lists, participating in group sales research and outreach, and working community events and sales tables/booths
• Ability to assist with Arena tours
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and problem solve in a fast-paced work environment
• Must be insurable under our policy for purposes of driving as necessary for events and other assigned duties

Nashville Predators Internship Requirements:

• Fall semester internship duration will be approximately August-December 2026
• All internships are in person; no remote opportunities are available at this time
• Ability to work evenings and weekends within the students designated credit hour requirement when necessary
• All interns must be students at accredited colleges and universities, with the ability to earn academic credit for time spent in an internship position
• Internships are open to Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors receiving college credit
• Internships do not provide compensation, housing, or transportation
• Internships do not guarantee full-time positions with the Predators upon completion
• As a condition of internship, qualified applicant will be subject to a background check, which will at a minimum include a criminal background check, and if applicable, may include a driving history check
• Be able to maintain confidential information
