In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for service customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from check-in to vehicle delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and is motivated to deliver excellent customer service while achieving performance goals.Schedule: Monday-Saturday | Sundays off with another day off mid-week.What You'll Do:Greet guests as they arrive in the Service driveAdvising customers on maintenance and repair options, including upselling additional services when appropriatePreparing accurate service estimates and quotes for customers, ensuring clarity on costs and timelinesCollaborating with the service technicians to relay customer concerns and ensure accurate service executionMaintaining detailed records of customer interactions, services performed, and parts used, as well as managing service historyCommunicate empathetically with guests about their vehicleProvide timely follow-up progress of each repair order and contact guests with repair changesAnalyze quality control reports and maintain a high Customer Service Index ScoreProcess monetary transactionsWhat You'll Need:Full time availability.
