Global Director of Customer Experience & CX Strategy

Capital One in McLean, VA seeks a Director of Customer Experience to architect, execute, and scale the end-to-end customer acceptance journey within the Discover Network, serving issuers, merchant acquirers, enterprise partners, and cardholders.

You will lead a global CX organization, build VoC programs, map and optimize B2B, B2B2C, and B2C journeys, and drive cross-functional collaboration with Analytics, Sales, and Compliance to deliver measurable ROI.
