Job Description

*Job Summary*
Canine Cabana in Riverview, FL is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join their team. The Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, both in person and over the phone. This individual must have a love for dogs and a passion for delivering top-notch service.

*Responsibilities:*
- Provide quality and efficient customer service to all clients, addressing inquiries, reservations, and concerns.
- Maintain accurate and organized records through meticulous data entry skills.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, politeness, and courtesy in all interactions with clients.
- Ensure open availability, including holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold the high standards of care at Canine Cabana.

*Qualifications:*
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Proficiency in data entry to maintain accurate records.
- Genuine love for dogs and excitement about working around animals and people.
- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate varying business hours and holiday shifts.
