Together.SummaryDLA Piper is seeking an Attorney to join its Emerging Growth & Venture Capital group as part of our Professional (non-partner track) Attorney program. This Attorney will focus primarily on working with emerging growth companies and the institutional investors that support them. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience supporting venture capital financings, M&A transactions, and a variety of day-to-day corporate governance matters. The compensation offered for employment will also be dependent on other factors including the candidate’s experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications.
