- 6+ years in performance marketing, having scaled a B2B or prosumer SaaS product from $0 to $10M+ ARR
- Experience managing high-performing marketing teams or agencies
- A generalist who owns paid, organic, and lifecycle, and knows how to prioritize by stage
- Strong with SQL and data visualization - you build your own reporting
- Comfortable using AI/LLM tools to optimize copy, analyze data, and automate workflows
- Willing to be on-site in the Bay Area full-time
