Content and Social Media Manager

Happy Being is looking for a Creator & Social Media Manager to help build the creator community and social presence that will bring our mission to life. We're a fast-growing beverage brand creating delicious, science-backed drinks designed to help calm everyday inflammation. As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone who can bring our brand to life through creators, community, and social content — building authentic connections with the people who love what we do. This is a hands-on role where you'll own two of our biggest organic growth engines: our creator program and our owned social channels . You'll find and build relationships with creators, develop compelling content, manage partnerships, and create a social presence that feels unmistakably Happy Being — clear, playful, and smart. What you'll do: Own our creator program end-to-end — sourcing, outreach, gifting, briefs, relationships, and performance tracking Manage day-to-day relationships with creator partners and agencies Build a community of passionate Happy Being advocates through authentic UGC and engagement Plan, create, and execute social content across our socials, especially Instagram and TikTok Develop content that educates, inspires, and makes people stop scrolling Write captions, briefs, and creative direction that bring the Happy Being voice to life Track social and creator performance to continuously improve what we do We're looking for someone who: Has 3–5+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or creator management Is deeply fluent in Instagram and TikTok culture and understands what makes content perform Has experience managing creators, agencies, or gifting programs Is a strong writer, relationship-builder, and organized self-starter Has a great eye for content and knows the difference between good and great Thrives in a fast-moving environment where you can build and improve processes along the way Experience in CPG, wellness, food & beverage, subscription brands, ShopMy, or affiliate programs is a plus.
