The Enrichery is a Houston-based education company with seven locations across the greater Houston area, built on a reputation for exceptional academic support and a deeply people-centered approach to student success. After years of growth and community impact in Houston, we are proud to announce our expansion into the Dallas-Fort Worth market, with our debut DFW location set to open in January 2027.

We are currently hiring our founding DFW team, and this Office Manager role is central to that effort. This is a rare opportunity to be the first Office Manager of our first Dallas location, to help establish the culture, the systems, and the standard of care that our families will come to rely on from day one. What You'll Do

• Be a steady, welcoming presence: Greet parents and students warmly and ensure every interaction reflects our standards of care and professionalism, setting the tone for what The Enrichery experience looks and feels like in DFW.
  

• Manage scheduling with precision: Maintain accurate Academic Coach and client session schedules through our Enrichery portal, keeping our systems organized and up to date.
  

• Support your location director: Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling, client follow-ups, and building and maintaining checklists and operational procedures.
  

• Keep the office running like clockwork: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace with clear systems in place so nothing falls through the cracks.
  

• Support employee transitions: Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees using established processes to ensure smooth, consistent handoffs.
  

• Handle office logistics and assist with flagship DFW location set-up: Run occasional errands and manage supplies so the team always has what it needs; prepare the office by managing deliveries and vendors needed to have location ready for sessions and our DFW grand opening.
  

• Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Plus:

• Strong working knowledge of Google Suite
  

• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
  

• Comfortable navigating difficult client situations with patience and professionalism

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 15 pounds occasionally
  

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
  

• Ability to use a computer and other standard office equipment for extended periods
  

Schedule (hours may be adjusted during the summer depending on regional client demands)

• Monday through Thursday: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
  

• Sundays: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
  

• Initial training for this position may entail some paid travel to the Houston, Texas area
  

• Paid holidays (10 days off for Christmas, your birthday off, 2 days for spring break in March, 3 days at Thanksgiving, and July 4th)
