The Executive Assistant (Temporary) provides vital support to C-suite executives by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing documents. This role ensures efficient office operations while maintaining strict confidentiality and prioritizing tasks to meet executive needs. The position is a temporary assignment with the possibility of extension and involves no travel, primarily utilizing standard office tools such as email and calendar applications.

 

Responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars and schedule appointments
• Coordinate and organize meetings and events
• Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of executives
• Prepare and review documents for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Provide general office support as needed
• Serve as a communication liaison between executives and internal/external parties
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in executive assistance
• Strong skills in calendar management
• Effective communication abilities
• Time management expertise
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
