Pharmacist

Review, verify, and dispense medication orders accurately and efficiently Oversee pharmacy automation systems and replenish hoppers as required Supervise pharmacy technicians, clerks, and support staff Perform production quality checks as requested by the operations team Document and report medication errors to the supervisor and Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal pharmacy laws Manage return-to-stock processes Provide guidance and support in medication order fulfillment Provide professional drug/product information to the operations team Monitor proper storage and distribution of medications Complete end-of-day pharmacy closing procedures Support team collaboration and assist where needed Follow company and pharmacy policies and procedures Maintain strong attention to detail in all tasks Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy from an accredited institution Active and unrestricted Tennessee Pharmacist License (Required) Eligible for pharmacist licensure in other states Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work evening shifts and Saturdays as needed Preferred Qualifications Prior pharmacist experience Experience working in a high-volume or automated pharmacy environment Additional state pharmacy licenses preferred Physical Requirements Ability to sit and stand for extended periods Ability to bend, reach, and type frequently Ability to push or pull carts as needed
