Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for in-person roles for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year. Job Details Schedule: Full-Time, 5 days/week Start Date: August 2026 Location: In-person, Valley View School District 365U Role Focus: Coach and support school staff Develop and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Provide safety plans for students exhibiting aggressive/self-injurious behaviors Collaborate with Special Services Directors and multidisciplinary teams Set and support academic and behavioral goals Create teacher-friendly data collection systems Share weekly progress updates with teams and stakeholders This role does not include RBT supervision Qualifications Must hold a valid BCBA license in Illinois School-based experience preferred Strong interpersonal and data-driven decision‑making skills Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team Passionate about supporting students with diverse needs Benefits & Perks (for 0.8 FTE and higher) Paid sick leave 401(k) with employer match Reimbursements for licensing, CEUs, and professional costs Mileage reimbursement at IRS rate General and professional liability insurance No non-compete clauses Paid volunteer time and donation matching for nonprofit organizations Equal Opportunity Employer Ampersand Therapy is an equal opportunity employer.
