Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure everything is in top condition.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs, to keep systems running smoothly.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and owners, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute remodeling projects, enhancing property value and appeal.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards, prioritizing the well-being of all occupants.
• Assist in managing inventory of maintenance supplies, ensuring availability for all necessary repairs and projects.

Qualifications:

• Experience in performing routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
