Compensation and Bonus Structure

• Total Compensation Package from $84500 to $120000 annually. Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size mentorship of RBTs and supervision of assigned trainees.
  • Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary performance bonuses mentorship bonuses and long-term ownership in the company.
  • BCBAs become eligible for long-term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles eligible.

Bonus Structure

• Monthly Performance Bonuses: Bonuses are uncapped meaning youll be rewarded for your impact without waiting months to qualify.
• Sign On Bonus: Up to $10000 based on start date and location.
• Mentorship Bonuses: Provide supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Masters in ABA and earn bonus pay for your guidance oversight and impact!
• Certification Bonuses: Get rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision.

Scheduling and Work-Life Balance

Your Role

• Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging
• Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent high-quality care
• Collaborate with Families to set goals track progress and celebrate growth
• Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive play-focused environment
