Job Summary :We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Director to oversee all operations of our clinical laboratory. The director will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, manage staff, and implement policies to ensure high-quality, accurate testing.
Key Responsibilities :-
Supervise laboratory operations and staff.

Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, and other regulatory requirements.

Develop and implement lab policies and procedures.

Oversee quality control, budgeting, and resource management.

Master s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Pathology, or related field.

Board certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (e.g., ASCP).
-
Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a laboratory setting.
