Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at Marvin and Betty Danto Health Care Center in West Bloomfield Township, Michigan. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients, supporting their recovery and achieving their health goals. About the Role: As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work closely with our team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting physical therapists with patient evaluations, treatments, and modalities

Implementing treatment plans and exercises under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist

Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress

Developing and implementing individualized patient care plans

Participating in patient education and training programs

Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions

Responsibilities: Participate in patient care activities, including exercises, stretches, and modalities

Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Develop and maintain accurate records of patient treatment and progress

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and care
