Equipment Maintenance Technician Level I‑IV (depending on experience) – D shift, Wednesday–Friday, every other Saturday 6 pm–6 am Full‑time position at Bosch within the Roseville, CA facility. Shift: D shift, Wednesday‑Friday, and alternate Saturdays 6 pm–6 am. Responsibilities Perform electrical, mechanical, and vacuum system troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on complex semiconductor manufacturing and/or wafer sort equipment. Troubleshoot and repair assigned equipment to component level using standard test equipment and hand tools. Perform machine set‑ups and running adjustment. Interface with production, engineering, and other support groups for priorities and equipment status. Perform quality workmanship and adhere to quality maintenance procedures/directives. Interface with machine software applications and utilize them for troubleshooting and preventive maintenance activities. Perform housekeeping tasks within the maintenance area and maintain a safe working environment. Participate in Emergency Response Team certification training. Adhere to cleanroom protocols, including gowning, wafer handling, and other cleanroom standards. Maintain good communication and record‑keeping skills. Qualifications AS or certificate in Electronics/Mechatronics. 5+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing. Basic knowledge of electronic circuits, plumbing diagrams, mechanical drawings, and schematics. Strong ability to read, understand, and interpret technical documents and manuals. Strong mechanical aptitude and skills. Knowledge of electronic test equipment and hand tools. Preferred Qualifications Good oral and written communication skills and willingness to work on a team. Flexibility and a strong self‑initiative are critical. Exposure to metrology or wet etch processes. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Can sit or stand for extended periods of time (up to 11 hours per shift) and maintain alertness. Ability to lift and carry objects up to 40 pounds. Indefinite US work authorized individuals only.
