Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Enterprise Architect to join Virtual Force. The ideal candidate will have a strong technology background, hands-on experience in enterprise architecture, and a valid TOGAF certification. The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for aligning business objectives with IT strategy, designing enterprise-wide technology solutions, and ensuring that architecture standards and best practices are consistently followed.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and govern the organization's enterprise architecture framework.


• Align IT strategy and technology initiatives with business goals and organizational objectives.


• Design and document enterprise architecture across business, application, data, and technology domains.


• Evaluate current IT systems and recommend improvements to enhance scalability, security, and performance.


• Define architecture principles, standards, and governance processes.


• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical leaders to deliver strategic technology solutions.


• Conduct architecture reviews and ensure compliance with enterprise standards and policies.


• Identify technology risks and provide mitigation strategies.


• Support digital transformation initiatives and modernization programs.


• Prepare architecture roadmaps, solution blueprints, and technical documentation.


• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption where appropriate.


• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to solution architects and development teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.


• TOGAF Certification is mandatory.


• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Architecture or a closely related architecture role.


• Strong technology background with experience in enterprise systems, cloud platforms, infrastructure, and application architecture.


• Good understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, governance, and best practices.


• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) is an advantage.


• Knowledge of integration architectures, security frameworks, data architecture, and IT governance.


• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and modern software development methodologies.


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


• Ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in digital transformation initiatives.


• Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, or other IT governance frameworks.


• Experience with architecture modeling tools such as ArchiMate, Sparx Enterprise Architect, or similar.


• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
